Brochures and all other bus route schedules are available online at www.mct.org and on-campus at:
Rendleman Hall: First floor outside of Parking Services.
Peck Hall: First floor, Instructional Services Room 1404.
Morris University Center: First floor, Information Center.
Cougar Village Commons
Residence Halls: Main desks of Woodland, Prairie and Bluff Halls
Which buses pick-up on campus and where do they go?
#4 Madison-Edwardsville travels to Granite City, Madison, and Venice.
#7 Alton-Edwardsville travels to Alton, East Alton, Wood River, and the SIU Dental School.
#14 Highland-Edwardsville travels to Highland, Troy, and St. Jacob.
#16 Edwardsville Shuttle takes students to downtown Edwardsville, Troy Road,
Wal-Mart, and off-campus housing at Devon Court and Village Estates.
#17 Cougar Shuttle provides FREE service every 10 minutes from Peck Hall to
Cougar Village and the residence halls, and every 60 minutes to Early Childhood Center.
#19 Edwardsville-Collinsville travels to downtown Edwardsville, Wal-Mart,
Anderson Hospital, Maryville YMCA, and downtown Collinsville
Where and when do I catch the bus?
Hairpin Drive: Buses pick-up every 10 minutes in front of Peck Hall and travel to Cougar Village.
Cougar Village: Buses pick-up every 10 minutes at Building 519 and Lot 4F, and travel to the Hairpin.
Circle Drive: Buses pick-up every hour at Bluff Hall, Woodland Hall, and the Early Childhood Center.
Textbook Services: During the first and last two weeks of each semester, bus service is available to Textbook Services.
Simply tell the driver you need to go there when you board the bus.
Off-campus: Buses going to Edwardsville (#16), Madison County (#4, #7, #14), or St. Louis via MetroLink (#18) all pick-up at
the Hairpin in front of Peck Hall. Please see bus route schedules for specific pick-up locations and times.
How much does it cost per trip to ride the bus?
Buy an MCT Local Monthly Pass at SIUE Information Center for $37.50. Click here for more details.
FREE aboard the #17 Cougar Shuttle on-campus.
$0.75 to Edwardsville.
$1.25 to other locations in Madison County.
$1.75 to the 5th & Missouri MetroLink Station for service to St. Louis and St. Clair County.
$2.00 from downtown St. Louis.
$2.50 each way to all Rams football games and Friday night Muny shows.
