How do I use the EZ Ride?

EZ Ride makes riding the bus in Hartford-Roxana-South Roxana and Highland EZ.

#1: Decide when you want to ride.
• Weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
• Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.

#2: Decide where you want to go and how you want to get there.
• Getting picked up from an EZ Ride Stop and getting dropped off at an EZ Ride Stop costs $0.50
• Getting picked up from an EZ Ride Stop and getting dropped off at any Street Address in the Service Area costs $1.00
• Getting picked up from any Street Address in the Service Area and getting dropped off at an EZ Ride Stop costs $1.00
• Getting picked up from any Street Address in the Service Area and getting dropped off at any Street Address in the Service Area costs $1.50
*Fares are half-price for disabled, seniors (65 and older) and children (5-12 years old). Children under 5 ride FREE.

#3: Call 931-RIDE, Option 4 to schedule service.
• Call weekdays between 4 a.m. and 4 p.m., or Saturdays between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.
• Call at least 2 hours in advance if possible, or up to 24 hours in advance
• Pick-up time and instructions will be provided when service is scheduled.
• As a courtesy to other passengers, please call early when you need to cancel a pick-up.
• Hearing-impaired passengers can schedule service by calling TDD 797-6000.
