Attention MCT Express Riders to Downtown St. Louis:
Routes:#1X, #3X, #5, #12X, #14X, #16X, #18
Beginning tomorrow, Tues. August 1, all morning MCT
Express trips will end at Emerson Park MetroLink Station.
There will be no morning bus service to downtown
St. Louis until further notice.
Passengers will be given a free transfer valid on MetroLink
and Metro Buses for 2 hours after being issued.
Afternoon MCT Express buses will continue to pick up in
downtown St. Louis as scheduled.
The route change is due to heavy congestion on the
bridges resulting in unpredictable traffic patterns.
This change will be effective until further notice and will
create a consistent commute with more predictable arrival
times for MCT passengers.
