Effective October 12, 2009
Attention MCT Riders to Downtown St. Louis:
Beginning Mon. Oct. 12, the Martin Luther King Bridge will be closed in St. Louis for construction. As a result, MCT routes will be altered as outlined below.
The following routes will travel on the McKinley Bridge:
#1X Riverbend Express, #5 Tri-City Metrobus
The following routes will travel on the Eads Bridge:
#12X Bethalto Express, #14X Highland Express, #16X Edwardsville – Glen Carbon Express, #18X Collinsville Express
Please consider taking an earlier bus than usual in the mornings, as there will be delays on the bridges.
Please also be advised that buses may drop-off at a MetroLink Station if traffic is congested on the bridges.
Afternoon pick-up times could be delayed as well.
