Effective Thursday, December 1, 2011
Attention MCT Passengers in Granite City:
On Thursday, December 1, the #1 Riverbend will no longer travel on Niedringhaus in Granite City due to the high frequency of trains.
As a result, the #1 will make the following deviation: From Granite City Station, the #1 will travel on 19th Street to Benton, left on 20th,
right on Adams to 22nd, 22nd to Century and Century to Rock Road and back on to IL-3.
To Granite Station, the #1 will do the reverse. (See map below for details.)
The #2 Granite City Shuttle route deviation continues as described below.
From Granite City Station, the #2 will travel on Edison to 20th, 20th to Benton and Benton to 22nd.
The #2 will turn left on Century, right on Illinois then resuming its normal route.
To Granite Station the #2 will do the reverse but travel on Adams when going to Granite City Station.
