Attention Express Riders in Downtown St. Louis:
Due to the Fat Tuesday Parade on Tues. Feb. 24, the last afternoon trips of the #1X, #14X and #16X
will NOT pick up at 7th & Locust or Washington & 6th in downtown St. Louis.
All other afternoon trips will be unaffected.
